Binding: Medieval binding, not contemporary (13th century). - Leather (white sheepskin) over wooden boards: original 9th-century boards repaired and reused in 13th century; leather covering from that period (also reused, from a larger book) now kept in separate box. One eye-and-pin fastening (long-strap, closing on back board face, renewed). - Bookblock resewn, boards attached; no covering reapplied. Textual: (ff. 9r-88v) Epitome edited by Aegidius.
