Origin and date (part 3): According to Bischoff 2004: "Tours, IX. Jh., ca. 2. Viertel." (cf. the added text on f. 72v).
Script: Part 3 written by three scribes: ff. 69v-70v (C), 71r-72v/7 (D), 78r-81v/10 (E). Two other hands (one contemporary, the other slightly later) filled the space on f. 72v that scribe D had left; a third hand (contemporary) the remaining space on f. 81v. - Part 4 written by two scribes: ff. 73r-v/11, 77r/28-77v/23 (F), 74r-77r/27 (G).
Binding: Post-medieval binding (16th century?).
Textual: (ff. 69v-70v) Treatise on the substance of the soul. - (ff. 71r-72v) List of popes (with years of activity and burial dates) from Peter up to Gregory III (731-741). With additions in the inner margin of 72v) up to Gregory IV (827-844) - (f. 72v) List of popes up to Siricius (384-399), from Eusebius's Historia Ecclesiastica. Incipit: "Eusebius in istoria ecclesiastica hoc eos ordine et annorum numero scribit per fuisse...". - (f. 81v) Excerpts from several unidentified poems.
