Part 1 contains, in Greek: (ff. 4r-10v) Oratio de pane mystico Graecorum et azymo Latinorum (De azymo et fermentato) / Hilarion of Verona. - Empty: one unnumbered leaf after f. 10.
Part 2 contains, in Greek: (ff. 11r-147r, 154r-157r) Carmina / Gregory of Nazianzus. See also a carmen by Gregory, written on f. 3r, in in another hand. - (ff. 147r-154r) Epistulae ad Gregorium Nazianzenum / Basil of Caesarea. Excerpt (2 letters). - Carmina contain interlinear and marginal notes Empty: f. 157v.
Part 3 contains, in Greek and some Latin: (ff. 158r-171v) Dialogi de vita et miraculis patrum Italicorum / Gregory the Great. Incomplete; fragments. - Empty: rectos, except ff. 161r, 162r, 163r (corresponding Latin text). - Between ff. 163 and 164 an unnumbered leaf inserted, indicating a lacuna of several folia.
Part 4 contains, in Greek: (ff. 172r-176v) Thesaurus / Theognostos Hieromonachos.

Four paper flyleaves in the front are part of the foliation (1-3 and one unnumbered leaf). They contain: owner inscription "Ex bibliotheca Jo. Huralti Boistallerii. Emi Patavii coro. uno" (f. 1r), shelfmark: "rotte 3, n° 21 X" (f. 2r), Carmen (Greek) / Gregory of Nazianzus (f. 3r); rest empty. - Water stains throughout.
Part 3 remainder of a 15th-century codex. First quaternio without outer bifolium (58-63); before the second quaternio (64-71) a complete quaternio is missing, and several quaternios after. The versos contain Greek, the rectos some Latin. - Leaves of part 4 in disarray; correct order: ff. 172, 175, 174, 176, 173.
Script: (part 2) ff. 15r-17r written by Maximos Margounios (cf. RGK).
Binding: Post-medieval binding.
