Note	Origin: Probably written for the city administration of Woudrichem. Endpapers in front and back severely damaged; f. 27 (150x140 mm, loose) with text of article xxxviii and f. 44 bis (145x145 mm) with text of articles xciii-xciv added later, to compensate for scribal errors.
