Originally described as a fragment of an unidentified mathematical work. CCO 2646 (V, pp. 238-239). See Voorhoeve, Handlist, p. 432 (where the text is referred to as: Or. 123(1)). It is in fact part of the Kitab al-Istikmal, as has been demonstrated by Jan Hogendijk, 'Discovery of an 11th-century Geometrical Compilation: the Istikmal of Yusuf al-Muʾtaman ibn Hud, King of Saragossa', in: Historia Mathematica 13 (1986), pp. 43-52.
