Title	[Kitab pangeran Bonang Or. 1928
Content	Notes, treatise on Muhammadan theology and mysticism in prose, mentioning as authority Sèk ul-Bari. Known as the Book of Bonang, kitab pangeran Bonang. Sunan Bonang was one of the nine wali's.

Note	European binding. Inscription in the hand of Vulcanius on front page reading (erroneously) 'Liber Japonensis' The MS was in the Netherlands before 1600. It was part of the library of Bonaventura Vulcanius (1538-1614), who probably acquired it from one of the first Dutch navigators who visited the North Coast of Java at the end of the 16th century. The MS is since 1614 in the Leiden library. The manuscript was formerly registered as Vulcan. 57 B in the department of Western Manuscripts, and transferred to the Oriental collections in 1870.
