Abstract	Milagoekodi, alsoo genaamt bij de Malabaren En bij de Cingaleesen Miroesoewal, en bij de Hollanders ronde peper. De werking van dien is windbreeckend, verwarmt de maag, en verdunt de quade humeuren des lichaams. Zij vallen veel op t’eijland Ceijlon. Milagoekodi, named by the Malabars and by the Sinhalese Miroesoewal, and by the Dutch ronde peper. Its properties are wind-breaking, warming the stomach and thins the bad humours in the body. They grow plentiful on the island Ceylon.
