Note	Title devised from content by Library Staff. H.W.A. Versnel worked from 1890 as an assistant photographer of Wilhelm Schmedes, who was the owner of a Salzwedel photo studio in Surabaya. Versnel became the owner of the studio in 1894. H.W.A. Versnel started a new photo studio in Surabaya in 1903 named Atelier Zalswedel. Photo 009 dated 22 October 1894, photo 013 dated 1899, photo 017 dated 1917. Photo 001-006: H.W.A. Versnel = Heinrich Wilhelm Adrian Versnel, photo 007-008: Heinrich Wilhelm Adrian Versnel and Johanna Carolina Versnel-van Wieringen, photo 009: "Staand vlnr v. Wieringen pleegvader v. Johanna v. Wieringen, Johanna v. Wieringen, H.W.A. Versnel, Sophie v. Wieringen-Versnel" \| "Zittend vlnr A..A. Versnel-[Heil], A.M.A. Roggeveen-Versnel + Jeanne Mevr. v. Wieringen pleegmoeder v. Johanna v.
