| Content | 1 (1 folio) : Letter on paper in Arabic (or Persian?), very cursive writing and virtually impossible to decipher. The letter was found in a collection of simplicia of Akyab (in Birma, on the Bay of Bengal), together with the seed of Wetie (Lathyrus sativus), 2 (1 parchment, 2 leaves) : Pasted onto the parchment are numbered labels with botanical names in Persian. The numbers correspond to those in the list in the Catalogue of the Persian section of the International Colonial and Export Exhibition held in Amsterdam in 1883. |
