The title precedes the text on f. lb. The text is divided into sixteen articles. The date follows the last line of the text.

Bound in paper, white with golden motifs on the outside; white paper without watermarks; 1 +6+1 folios; 210x130 mm; 16-8 somewhat slanting lines; without catchwords; small nk‘a; without a date or name of a copyist. A note in pencil: ‘Istanbul 1971’, is found on the inner front-board. Acquired from Dr Menno Hekker; registered in December 2002.
