Cod.Or. 12.392 Two works by Riyazï The two poetical works by Mehmed b. Mustafa, who used the pen-name of Riyazï (d. 1054/1644) - he was kail at Aleppo and Damascus - found in this manuscript were copied by the same copyist, Mustafa Vehbï of Damascus, who completed the work during the lifetime of the author in 1030 (1620) - his colophon is found on f. 107a-b. It is followed by a concise biography of the author (9 lines) taken from the Tezjdretü g-}u‘ara by Safayl, written in the early 18th century (107b). Various notes, partly illegible, among these two gazeh by the writer or copyist (muharrir), and an ebced calculation of the year 1096 (1684-5) are found on ff. 108b-109a.
