The text, ff. lr-13v, contains part of a work by Muhammad ibn al-Qasim al-Ghazzï, which is a commentary on the at-Taqnb fi ’l-jtqh by Abu suga’ Ahmad ibn al-hasan ibn Ahmad al-Isfahanl; the Arabic sentences are followed by Malay paraphrases; this part deals with criminal law (ginayat); at the end it is mentioned that the next chapter is the Kitab al-bai‘.
