The adventures of two princes of Perajuita Indera, Mengindera Seri Indera and Indera Muda; the first, under the name of Dewa Suka Manja Bangsawan, leaves for Beranta Indera, succeeds in winning the heart of its princess and defeats her father; Indera Muda, under the name of Bujangga Indera Maharupa, attacks the country Beranta Jitan and proceeds to Beranta Indera; there the two princes meet and recognize each other; together they head for their own country to repel the attack by Beranta Jitan; jin, mambang and animals take part in the battle; cf. Beetle with K & S and 1863\ 2014 x 16Vi cm.; 15 lines per p.; written in different hands (each part separately so that when bound together some parts do not link up and the other parts are overlapping); from fine to legible writing; the copying of the original MS was finished on 19 Muharam 1278/27 July 1861. At the beginning the story is called Hikayat Seri Maharaja Dewa Indera Mengindera, whereas throughout the rest of the story the hero is called Raja Indera Mengindera; most probably it is the same story as in MSS Cambridge Add. 3795 and 3796 (lithographed in Penang in 1900); cf.
