A Panji story relating the adventures of two brothers, Raden Inu and Raden Asmara Jaya, both of them princes of Kuripan, who are in search of their lost fiancées, respectively Candra Kirana and Puspa Kencana; Puspa Kencana assumes other names, including Mesa Perabu Jaya, and becomes ruler of Mataram with the title of Ratu Anom; hence the title of the tale Hikayat Mesa Perabu Jaya or Hikayat Anom Mataram; the story ends abruptly, as in MS KBG Von de Wall 135; cf.
