Leiden University Libraries Digital Collections

A wide variety of paintings, sculptures and photographs of Leiden professors and other important figures in the history of Leiden University, which can be found at the Academy Building, the University Library, the Leiden University Medical Centre and several other places throughout the University. Despite its diversity, this is only a small selection: more portraits of professors and other figures are included in several other collections.
